2. Principles of this website

This website is hosted in Germany. It uses no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics services, and embeds no content from US services. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

3. Server logs

When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) to deliver the page and to secure the operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.

4. Contact / demo form

If you request a demo or trial access via the form, we process the data you provide (email, optionally name, company, message and, where present, campaign parameters of the visited URL) to handle your request and get in touch with you. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The data is stored in our own CRM system (Ledgura) operated in Germany and is not shared with third parties. To protect against automated abuse we rate-limit requests per IP address; the granting of your consent is logged in a tamper-evident way.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — an informal email to kontakt@ledgura.de is sufficient.

5. Local storage (no tracking)

Your choice in the privacy notice and, where present, campaign parameters are stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage/sessionStorage) and are not evaluated server-side. No cross-site tracking takes place.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) — in Baden-Württemberg this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

7. Retention

We store request data for as long as it is required to handle your request or until you withdraw your consent; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
